Pre-Wedding Day Services:

  • -secure and coordinate vendors (photographer, videographer, band, florist, hair/makeup) and finalize contracts
  • -act as “point” person for all vendors
  • -coordinate travel/lodging information for guests
  • -help design décor/atmosphere for ceremony and dinner
  • - rehearsal dinner coordination
  • - answer logistical/etiquette questions
  • - face-to-face meetings to discuss logistics
  • - ongoing conversations throughout the planning process
  • - provide ideas and or design favors
  • - design welcome baskets for out-of-town guests
  • - coordinate all activities with vendors to ensure they know all the details beforehand
  • - contact vendors to provide directions, discuss arrival times, etc.
  • - organize ceremony rehearsal (if necessary)
  • - prepare ‘day of’ itinerary with all the details
  • -Day of management includes ten to twelve hours to cover the following:
  • - take care of any last minute details for bride — provide personal assistance
  • - provide “emergency kit” with items such as needle, thread, chalk, nylons, etc.
  • - coordinate bridal party for ceremony, receiving line
  • - help seat honored guests for ceremony
  • - organize transition from ceremony to cocktail hour (transport flowers and other items)
  • - set-up room in conjunction with function manager (this would incorporate the decor set-up as well) and also include      set-up of place card and gift table
  • - greet vendors/help them get set-up and provide them with wedding itinerary and resolve any issues
  • - provide payments to vendors (checks should be provided in envelopes)
  • - make sure “must-have” photos are taken by photographer
  • - keep timeline of events on track — wedding party introductions, first dance, cake cutting — and on time
